As the Director and Producer of the Masquerade Show in the Sky, Farrington Entertainment crafted an awe-inspiring 25-million-dollar attraction that ran for an impressive 17 years at the Rio Hotel and Casino’s Masquerade Village. The show drew inspiration from the architecture and culture of Rio de Janeiro, New Orleans, and Venice, creating an immersive experience that took guests on a journey through European-style boulevards, lined with shops and restaurants. This high-flying, award-winning show was known for being truly “over the top,” offering both thrilling performances and a spectacular visual experience from above.

Venetian Resort: Gondola and Streetmosphere Program

At the Venetian Resort, Farrington Entertainment played a pivotal role in creating three signature attractions, with the most prominent being the iconic Gondola Ride program. This unforgettable attraction became an instant hit, with its Gondoliers and Venetian Character Singers receiving accolades as the best free entertainment in Las Vegas from The Review-Journal during its inaugural year. The Gondola Ride and the accompanying performances brought the magic of Venice to life, giving visitors an unforgettable and authentic experience that still remains a must-see attraction.

Winter in Venice

In the heart of the Venetian Las Vegas, Farrington Entertainment brought the magic of the holiday season to life with the production of Winter in Venice. This seasonal event introduced an enchanting cast of original characters, led by the mystical Queen Aldobella, the enchantress who commands the changing of the seasons. The spectacle continued as Queen Aldobella and her Winter Court paraded through the Venetian Plaza on a magnificent float, leading to a grand stage show that culminated in a breathtaking display of kites. This whimsical experience captured the festive spirit of the season and brought a new dimension of entertainment to the Venetian.

Venetian Carnevale

Another of Farrington’s celebrated productions at the Venetian Resort was the Venetian Carnevale, a mysterious and colorful celebration of international festival culture. As Director, Production Manager, and Costume Designer, Farrington brought to life a vibrant world of masked courtesans, jesters, and masked strangers, all adding to the excitement and intrigue of the festival atmosphere. The Carnevale created a magical environment for guests, immersing them in a world of mystery, fun, and visual splendor.
